How do I book an appointment?
Simply get in touch using my contact form on the website, email laura@lauradonnellymakeup.co.uk or send a message via social media with your preferred date, occasion and any details you'd like to share. I'll get back to you as soon as possible to discuss availability and the next steps.
Do you offer mobile appointments?
Yes! I currently offer mobile makeup appointments throughout Lincolnshire and beyond, allowing you to relax and enjoy your appointment in the comfort of your own home or chosen venue.
Do you charge for travel?
Travel within 10 miles of my location is included.
For appointments beyond 10 miles, travel is charged at 40p per mile. Any travel costs will always be confirmed before your booking.
Do you offer bridal previews?
Yes. I highly recommend a Bridal Preview before your wedding day.
This gives us the opportunity to discuss your vision, try different ideas and perfect every detail, so you can feel completely confident ahead of your wedding.
How long does a makeup appointment take?
Appointment times vary depending on the service, but most appointments take approximately 60–90 minutes.
Bridal appointments and Bridal Previews may take a little longer to ensure every detail is perfect.
What products do you use?
I use a carefully curated collection of premium professional products from brands including Charlotte Tilbury, Dior, YSL Beauty, Laura Mercier and e.l.f. Cosmetics, alongside other trusted professional favourites.
Every product is selected to suit your skin type, tone and the look you'd like to achieve.
Do you apply false lashes?
Yes. If you'd like false lashes as part of your look, they're available and can be applied during your appointment.
How should I prepare for my appointment?
Please arrive with clean, makeup-free skin where possible.
Don't worry about your skincare routine; every appointment begins with a luxurious skin preparation ritual, including a milky toner, moisturiser, eye cream and lip mask to create the perfect base for your makeup.
Will my makeup last all day?
Using professional products and techniques, your makeup is designed to be long-lasting and photograph beautifully throughout your day.
I'll also provide advice on any touch-ups that may help keep your makeup looking its best.
Do you only offer soft-glam makeup?
Soft-glam is my signature style, but every look is completely personalised.
Whether you prefer something beautifully natural or a little more defined, I'll create a look that reflects your style while enhancing your natural features.
Can you accommodate larger bridal parties?
Absolutely. If you have a larger bridal party, please mention this when you enquire so we can discuss timings and the best plan for your morning.
I'm not sure what look I want. Is that okay?
Of course.
Many clients come to me with inspiration rather than a fixed idea. During your appointment we'll chat about your style, outfit, colours and preferences to create a look you'll feel confident wearing.
